What does it take to be a professional customer facing agent?

Do you have strong computer skills? Are you a Critical Thinker? How good are you at dispute resolution? Do you have strong English, French or Spanish speaking skills and are self-motivated, willing to learn new things? If so Verso is the place to start or continue your career. We are looking for individuals who would like to become professional agents and are looking to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong time-management and organizational skills as well as being sales-oriented are good to have however we are willing to train you.

What will you do as a Verso team member?

As a Professional Customer-Facing Agent you will communicate with consumers or businesses in a number of varied channels such as CHAT, email, SMS or voice. You may be in inbound or outbound programs powered by dialers or inbound digital marketing programs. You may find your strength in collections, a sales program, technical support or in a customer care program. If you prefer collections you will discuss the account with delinquent customers, negotiate payment arrangements, Investigate and advise on different settlement options etc. If you are a techie then you will love working with the customer to have their problems resolved. Customer service and sales might be your strengths and we will train you throughout your journey.

Each level of training is followed by a certification degree.

 We are looking for qualified agents in all lines of service to train as supervisors.
